Description
The booth was originally set up for a 60x80 space with a riser system and dual stair access to the upper deck. It has since been modified to use without the riser system. All components are stored and still available. There is a large conference room on the left side that seats 10+ and a smaller conference room on the right side that seats 4-6 comfortably. The conference rooms have rounded siding doors with banded frosting to semi-obscure the view inside. The current configuration is for a 50x60’ space with the right side conference room not being used. There is a large backroom that has 3 segments for AV & electrical access, promotional items/backpacks/briefcases and a sitting area for eating, laptop use, back up meeting area or storage. This could be reduced to give more show floor space if needed. A sink with plumbing was part of the original configuration when the riser system was in use. Walls are hollow wood with a laminate cover to act as sound dampening. The conference rooms have overhead lighting with white fabric to hide the lighting and framework. The large conference room has 2 corner cabinets and a long table. The small conference room has 1 corner cabinet and a smaller table. 2 large windows inside the large conference room. Multiple walls around the booth for large scale graphics. Theater-There is an optional theater, with accent lighting, included and can be set up as one-sided LED, dual-sided LED or no theater. It is free standing and has storage or AV inside. No AV or LED panels are included as these were rented each year. 2ea 20’x20’ “L” shaped overhead hanging signs included. Carpet-old carpet & padding is available but may have stains from the food service area. The header above the bar was modified from the original version which had LED panels above. This was since closed in with thin laminate and used for a logo or graphic. Graphics are applied directly to the laminate and peeled back off after each show. Layout has a two-piece half-moon style bar/service counter with ample shelving and storage behind and a 2-piece smaller reception counter that sits at the front of the booth as an optional set up. No audio visual, furniture, product displays, tables or white pedestals are included with this package except the cabinets that are part of the booth and conference room tables. Lightbox graphic at the front of the booth not included. Engineered drawings are available for the original configuration. The full configuration will be 4-5 trucks. We have worked with the same exhibit house for several years. They are well versed on assembly/disassembly of this booth and are available to discuss if labor options are needed. Dims, weights and load diagrams available for most items. In addition to a tradeshow show booth; other uses are a performance stage utilized from the riser system, a clean room with overhead crane access or a client display and interaction area in your warehouse.
